Martha Goodloe has practiced law for 30 years, first in Michigan and in California since 1998.  Her primary area of practice is business litigation, including cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, antitrust law and state and federal False Claims Acts.  Her employment law experience includes employer counseling, development of employee handbooks, and continuing education seminars.  She has also litigated cases on appeal in state and federal courts.
